Train the Trainer: SEND & Behaviour for Learning

These two Aspire programmes have been developed to support school leaders in the development of whole-school approaches to SEND and Behaviour provision. They are generously supported by Buckinghamshire County Council.

SEND Aims

  • To develop capacity and capability in the leadership of behaviour for students with SEND

  • To apply the training to a review of your own school’s SEND system, policies and processes

  • To use the training and experience as an opportunity to become an SLE in SEND

Behaviour Aims

  • To develop capacity and capability in the leadership of behaviour management

  • To apply the training to a review of your own school’s behaviour management system, policies and processes

  • To use the training and experience as an opportunity to become a SLE in behaviour
