With the increase in the number of children experiencing mental health and wellbeing issues, schools need to take a key role in equipping staff to skill children in dealing with these issues as well as tackling the stigma of mental health. This programme provides an opportunity for primary and secondary senior leaders to develop the skills to train and support their staff in dealing with mental health and wellbeing of children as well as creating an action plan to address this whole school focus. This programme has been commissioned by Buckinghamshire County Council.
